NON-PAYMENT OF SALARY SINCE FEBRUARY 2020 TILL DATE

I wish to refer to my earlier applications on the above subject dated June 6, 2020, July 6, 2020 and July 13, 2020.

I hereby state that my former name was Miss Emeka Uso which I used in capturing and was later change to Emeka Ikenna on 9th of June, 2020 to reflect my marital status.

I am a staff working in the Department of Linguistics and Nigerian Languages, University of Uyo with staff No. UU/PF/11090.

I wish to clearly state that for six months now since February till date I have not received any salary but the pay slip se have been received up-to May, 2020.

Photocopies of the Bank Statement, pay slip, capturing form, change of name, affidavit and newspaper publication, appointment letter and staff identity card are attached for your urgent attention, please.
